Meet the Doctors
We would like to introduce our modern and convenient Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation facility which includes Physical Therapy and Chiropractic care. We have been in practice for over 33 years and have developed a unique “corrective care” system with specific step by step treatment protocols that enable us to restore and improve biomechanical, structural and musculoskeletal conditions thereby relieving or eliminating symptoms in the most efficient and effective way possible.
Please call us: 847-428-1515
Without Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, patients with pain or reduced movement can lose strength, muscle endurance and/or function. We have created a proprietary treatment program that not only addresses the patients’ symptoms, but also strengthens these areas to help the patient maintain an active lifestyle and decrease the chances for recurrence of the problem while increasing overall function.
Our doctors’ extensive experience allows us to offer a non-surgical intervention with a variety of modalities: electrotherapy, cold laser, axial traction, therapeutic exercise, functional / performance enhancing therapy and manual therapy. We have the ability to treat even the most difficult cases that have not responded to the standard course of care.
Our complete range of services also include the review of diagnostic test and electrodiagnostic medicine evaluations such as EMG/NCVs, X-rays, Muscle Testing, Range of Motion provided by Physiatrists, specialists in physical medicine and rehabilitation, Chiropractors, Sports Medicine Doctors and Physical Therapists and incorporate the results into a comprehensive treatment plan.
We have had experience in treating the following conditions:
Our doctors evaluate, prescribe and monitor the rehabilitation needs of the patient, coordinating the services of the rehabilitation team with the overall management of the patient by the referring physician. We will provide all management from a rehabilitation standpoint allowing each patient to regain the level of function needed to increase performance.
Reports are provided to the patient after initial evaluation, re-evaluations and upon patient being discharged from care. This will allow for each patient’s progress to be tracked and help set new goals for each phase of treatment. The referral process is easy-simply call to schedule an appointment to be evaluated in our facility. We will do the rest. It’s as simple as that.
Our spacious 2500 square foot facility complete with separate physical therapy suite and is conveniently located at 1600 Randall Road, Suite 100, Elgin, across from Sherman Hospital, 847-428-1515.
